This is second annual presentation of this series, The great friendship of Benny Carter and his biographer and jazz scholar Ed Berger is celebrated at NJMH every year – both were close to our institution. Berger’s photographs and Carter’s music are shared, along with a new performance of Carter’s music that is produced specifically for this event.
