An event every week that begins at 7:15pm on Wednesday, happening 4 times

Proper stretch and compression is like the perfect* chocolate-chip cookie: crisp at the ends and gooey on the inside. Learn to use two of Lindy Hop's unique and powerful tools safely, effectively, and to have fun with your partner! In this class, we will focus on rotational movement, so whether you took the January class (which focused on linear movement) or this is your first foray into these territories, there will be plenty of new material!

* by some standards

PRE-REQUISITES: All 4 months of Beginners Track or equivalent experience. No partner required, just bring comfy shoes and your enthusiasm!
