Intermediate Balboa: Technique
As requested: a technique-focused balboa class! We will address how to make every balboa dance feel better by diving deeply into connection, rhythm, weight shifts, pulse, and rotational stretch.

PRE-REQUISITES: At least 3-6 months of balboa classes or talk to an instructor. Should be able to do upholds, downholds, out and ins, lollies, and toss outs. This is not a beginner class.
