Online registration closes at 11:59pm on the day before the first class of the series or the drop-in class. Please register at the door after that. Drop-in registration is always at the door.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payments are processed securely through Paypal. A Paypal account is not required.
No refunds or make-ups on missed classes. Credit can be given for a future month to students who are going to miss an entire month if you inform us by no later than the 2nd class of the series.

By signing up, attending and/or participating in dance classes, dance party, or any event or program, current or future, organized by Gilles Bouvier and/or Wednesday Night Hop at Cheryl Burke Dance in Mountain View CA, or any other location, you hereby agree to the following:

You recognize that dancing requires physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. You have explained these risks to any minors you accompany.

You represent and warrant that you, and any minors you sign up and/or accompany, are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent your full participation in the dance classes, dance party, or any event or program.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the dance classes, dance party, or any event or program, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which you, or the minors you sign up and/or accompany, might incur as a result of attending and/or participating.

You authorize Gilles Bouvier and Wednesday Night Hop to use any photo or video in which you, or any minors you sign up and/or accompany, may appear, for promotional purposes and video distribution, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership.

In consideration of being permitted to attend and/or participate in the dance classes, dance party, or any event, you knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claims you may have against Gilles Bouvier, Wednesday Night Hop, Cheryl Burke Dance, their staff, officers, employees, volunteers, independent contractors, for injury or damages that you or any minors you sign up and/or accompany may sustain, or anything else, as a result of attending and/or participating.

You acknowledge that Gilles Bouvier, Wednesday Night Hop, Cheryl Burke Dance, their staff, officers, employees, volunteers, independent contractors, cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of your belongings and/or property, at all locations, and that you are solely responsible for them. You have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. You voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
