You should be green with envy if you did not make it to our St. Patrick Shim Shamrocker party! We played Find the Leprechaun, ate green food, and we successfully filmed our Shim Sham tribute to Frankie Manning. And, we were feeling lucky because DJ Alex's tunes were golden!

Frankie Week is March 12-22, 2009. In honor of our great dancing hero's 95th birthday, we will be participating in a Global Shim Sham (Lindy hop scenes from all around the world will video themselves dancing the Shim Sham as a tribute to Frankie). So come out in March and practice the Shim Sham with us and then on the 18th we will make our Shim Sham video to send to Frankie's Birthday Festival.

Beef up your Shimmy with some Shamrocks. Get your green on and come out swinging as we pre-celebrate St. Patrick's Day. We'll have some tasty treats, a fun game with prizes, and plenty of blarney to boot.

For St. Patty's Day we're bringing back - "Find the Leprechaun". We have selected honorary Leprechauns, all you have to do is find them. The first 3 people that submit the real names of 2 of the Leprechauns will win a pot of gold*. A Leprechaun can only reveal itself when asked at the end of the dance. Good luck!
